The Information We Collect & the Primary Purpose for Collection


The personal information you provide is being collected for legitimate business purposes, which includes processing registrations or enquiries, keeping you informed about new events, products or offers and providing the best possible service to you. Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of these rights.


The provision of this information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration or enquiry. All information provided by you will be held in the strictest confidence.


We will only collect the personal information that is necessary for the purposes mentioned above, we do not collect any sensitive personal information such as information on your racial or ethnic origins, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union affiliations, sexual life, health or criminal history. We do not rent or sell our customer e-mail lists. We may share your personal information with professional organisations (our event sponsors/exhibitors) to promote similar products and services related to your area of interest. Videography and Photography


At Synco Media, video and photography equipment may be present. This includes the filming/ photography of events presentations, interviews with partners and delegates and highlights footage. Prior consent will be required for events presentations and interview footage to be shared. When contributors give informed consent to take part in our output, they can be assumed to have waived their expectations of privacy in relation to their contribution, subject to any agreed conditions placed on their participation. Signage will be used to notify delegates that filming, and photography will be taking place.


For events highlights footage we do not normally obtain express consent from individuals who are incidentally caught on camera as part of the general scene, however we will not purposefully film any footage that makes an individual identifiable, beyond the aforementioned activities that already require consent.


Signage will also indicate that photography will be taking place at our events. We do not obtain prior consent for general photography at our events. However, if an individual or organisation asks us to not to include them in the shot, due to a concern about privacy, we should normally do so, unless it is editorially justified to continue.


Footage may be used to promote our future events and used in marketing campaigns on the Synco Media website, emails and social media.


Although prior consent will be required for events presentations and interviews, individuals and organisations have the right to withdraw consent after footage has been processed. Synco Media will discontinue use of the footage, unless there is a legitimate business interest, in which case the footage can be used without consent.

Surveys & Promotions


From time to time Synco Media may run surveys and promotions and may request information from users as part of these. Participation in these is entirely voluntary.




Synco Media takes precautions to protect your information. When users submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Synco Media will make every attempt to keep your personal data accurate, complete and up to date. If your personal information is incorrect, changes, or if you no longer wish to receive information from Synco Media, we will endeavour to correct, update or remove your information as swiftly as possible. We use third parties to also acquire data, we hold those parties to the same high standard. Terms & Conditions

  • You may substitute delegates at any time up to 48 hours ahead of the conference. Substitutions can be made by providing advance notice to Synco media Limited.
  • For any cancellations received in writing not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the conference, you will receive a full credit to be used at another Synco media Limited event which must occur within one calendar year from the date of issuance of such credit. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within thirteen (13) days (inclusive) of the conference. In the event that Synco media Limited cancels an event for any reason, you may elect to receive a refund or a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Synco media Limited event to be mutually agreed with Synco media Limited, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation. In the event that Synco media Limited postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Synco media Limited event to be mutually agreed with Synco media Limited, which must occur within one year from the date of postponement. Synco media Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Synco media Limited shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
  • Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Synco media Limited reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
